Advanced Functional

            

This track will hone on advanced, deep dive functional use scenarios to better help the key users in an organization better utilize the application. Topics of interest will be to those users of Dynamics 365/CRM for Sales, Marketing, or Service and other core platform use scenarios of Dynamics 365/CRM.

Customizer

            

What steps could you take to learn extensibility tricks of the trade? This track will spend time on intermediate to advanced topics that enable Dynamics 365/CRM to work better for an organization. Advanced configuration and no code customization topics will be shared, including the use of extended Microsoft cloud technologies that complement Dynamics 365/CRM.

Deployment & Upgrades

            

This track takes an intermediate to advanced approach to knowing how to plan, manage, and deploy your instance or upgrade scenario. The track will feature in-depth topics on both technical considerations and soft-skills development in an organizational approach to deployments and upgrades.

Developer

            

This track focuses on custom extensibility and code required modifications made to Dynamics 365/CRM. Content in this track will focus on deep-dive advanced extensibility and developer concepts.

You are also eligible to add-on two days to attend NAVUG and PUG sessions. Additional payment required.
